Job Description

Overview

  • Lead patient services operations to deliver exceptional care and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align clinical goals with organizational objectives.
  • Foster professional growth among clinical staff through training and mentorship programs.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and staffing to optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, clinical teams, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide leadership and oversight for patient services programs and clinical operations.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional development and excellence.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee patient care plans, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and program development.
  • Manage budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement clinical initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in home care, hospice, or community-based healthcare preferred.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation standards.
