Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement clinical initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in home care, hospice, or community-based healthcare preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation standards.
