Overview

• Lead complex construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design-build solutions.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing adjustments to meet objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Contribute to organizational growth by delivering high-quality projects and enhancing team collaboration.
• Participate in project planning and estimating phases to ensure feasibility and alignment with goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to align operations with project objectives and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site.
• Manage subcontractor performance, maintaining quality standards and addressing challenges proactively.
• Monitor project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
• Support estimating efforts by providing insights and expertise during project planning stages.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing design-build projects and fostering repeat client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
