Overview

  • Lead clinical operations and case management strategies within an acute care setting, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and efficient resource utilization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.

  • Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and patient care protocols.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational improvements.
