Overview

  • Lead financial operations for investment funds, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and optimize fund performance.
  • Oversee accurate reporting, including NAV calculations, investor allocations, and fund performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship to the accounting team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.

  • Ensure effective management of fund audits, compliance filings, and investor reporting requirements.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with legal, compliance, and investor relations teams.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and valuations to achieve optimal financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee the preparation and review of fund financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage audits by coordinating with external auditors and internal teams effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and audit management.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
