Overview

  • Serve as a vital representative for a healthcare organization, driving community engagement and client acquisition efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral sources to enhance business growth and community presence.
  • Participate in community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to represent organizational values.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and organizations to establish impactful partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the organization’s presence within the community.
  • Identify and cultivate referral sources, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
  • Conduct regular visits to referral partners to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment.
  • Track and analyze leads, referrals, and conversion metrics to achieve growth objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between referral sources, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and health fairs.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree required; certifications in healthcare or sales preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within healthcare or service-oriented industries.
  • Familiarity with home care services, including private duty or skilled care, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and communication skills are essential.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory for field operations.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and market dynamics preferred.
