POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our thriving IT recruiting division based in Frederick, MD. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and engage IT professionals to meet client staffing requirements using innovative recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to create targeted recruitment plans and strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business opportunities and expand service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to align recruitment efforts with business development goals.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to streamline recruitment processes and track performance.
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Stay informed on IT industry developments to better serve clients and candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably 3 years in IT recruitment or business development.
- Proven expertise in IT industry trends, staffing solutions, and recruitment practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to optimize recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on results.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the IT recruitment field.
