Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our thriving IT staffing division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement full-desk recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place IT professionals efficiently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the IT sector to expand the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic recruitment decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Provide exceptional support to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and successful placements.
- Contribute to team success through proactive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical recruitment.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships in a competitive industry.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while meeting deadlines and goals.
