POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our thriving IT staffing division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement full-desk recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place IT professionals efficiently.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the IT sector to expand the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic recruitment decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Provide exceptional support to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and successful placements.
• Contribute to team success through proactive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships in a competitive industry.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and staffing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while meeting deadlines and goals.
