POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Development Representative/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT staffing division. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading organizations, drive strategic growth, and build lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with expertise in IT recruitment and business development, eager to excel in a supportive and innovative environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify and secure new IT staffing opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with MSPs, Fortune 500 companies, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with talent acquisition goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to recruit active and passive IT candidates effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry-specific technologies, products, and trends.
- Collect and analyze data to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes.
- Coordinate with leadership to assess and address new hiring needs and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
- Proven knowledge of the tech industry, including relevant skills and companies.
- Experience in cold calling, follow-ups, and maintaining ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a dynamic team setting.
