POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Developer to join our dynamic IT contract and technical staffing division in Texas. This remote role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to innovative staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong consultative sales skills and a deep understanding of IT industry trends. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage potential clients across IT and technical sectors to create new staffing opportunities.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies based on industry trends and market analysis.
- Conduct outreach, networking, and referrals to prospect and qualify leads effectively.
- Present staffing solutions, negotiate agreements, and secure contracts to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align sales efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and skill gaps.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Ensure client satisfaction by aligning staffing solutions with organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency client-facing or sales-driven roles.
- Proven ability to understand and discuss IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends.
- Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach for business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to integrity in client and candidate representation.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environments.
