POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Developer to join our dynamic IT contract and technical staffing division in North Carolina. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth, foster impactful partnerships, and expand our footprint in the technology sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute business strategies to identify and secure IT contract staffing opportunities.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and client hiring needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new client partnerships.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying additional staffing needs and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional client service to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance market presence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles within the staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to perform cold calling and lead generation effectively.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in business practices.
