POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Developer to join our dynamic IT and technical staffing division remotely from Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by connecting top-tier technology talent with leading organizations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for relationship building and a deep understanding of IT hiring trends. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new IT staffing opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs within the technology sector.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to prospective clients through networking and direct communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business development strategies with talent acquisition goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying additional staffing needs and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing insights, strategies, and fostering a collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or business development role within staffing or IT sectors.
  • Proven expertise in IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to integrity in all business dealings.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for strategic planning.
