Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter

POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT recruiting division remotely from Georgia. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead full-desk recruitment and business development within the IT sector, engaging with top-tier MSPs and Fortune 500 companies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive full-desk recruitment efforts, sourcing and placing top IT professionals in roles that align with client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, Fortune 500 companies, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and hiring demands to create targeted recruitment and business development strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements to expand service offerings and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to align talent acquisition strategies with client requirements.
• Utilize industry-specific tools and technologies to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate sourcing.
• Engage with professional networks and associations to identify and recruit passive and active candidates.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate with leadership to assess and address evolving hiring needs and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
• Proven expertise in IT staffing solutions and familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-driven work environment.
• Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to organizational growth.
