POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Contract Business Development Manager to join our dynamic IT contract staffing division remotely within the Central Time Zone. This pivotal role focuses on driving business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored staffing solutions for technology organizations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of IT hiring trends, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage IT companies to generate new contract staffing opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline.
  • Pitch tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and skill gaps.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and talent delivery strategies through close collaboration.
  • Track and report on sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of agency experience in a client-facing or sales-driven role.
  • Strong understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends.
  • Proven success in cold calling, outreach, and follow-up to drive business growth.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client and candidate integrity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
