Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead client presentations, showcasing innovative design concepts and solutions.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of detailed plans and specifications.
• Create interior design concepts for diverse projects, integrating technical and aesthetic elements.
• Select and specify materials, collaborating with manufacturers for optimal choices.
• Oversee FF&E selection processes, ensuring alignment with design objectives.
• Guide team members in design and technical detailing, promoting skill development.
• Engage in construction administration activities to uphold design standards.
• Support project management in planning schedules and resource allocation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior architecture; 12 years preferred.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to interior architecture.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and FF&E specifications.
• Experience in client-facing presentations and project coordination.
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
