Overview

  • Lead clinical operations in a hybrid hospice care setting, ensuring exceptional patient care and service delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance care quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across diverse patient populations.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs tailored to address patient needs and improve satisfaction.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff, fostering professional growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop, revise, and communicate clinical policies ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
  • Educate staff on procedural updates, compliance standards, and care protocols to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Monitor continuity of care across departments and facilities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Optimize resource allocation to meet patient care and operational requirements effectively.
  • Design and implement programs tailored to specific patient populations and conditions.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training for professional development and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and documentation accuracy.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes to build a skilled and competent clinical team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred for enhanced expertise.
  • Minimum six years of healthcare experience required; ten years preferred for comprehensive knowledge.
  • Three years of managerial or administrative experience in clinical services essential.
  • Strong knowledge of hospice and palliative care practices preferred for effective service delivery.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation and CMS regulations is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, business, and financial management for operational success.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills to drive impactful collaboration.
