Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in pre-engineered metal buildings and tilt-wall construction techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation processes.
