Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Coordinate with design teams to guarantee alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules and control costs effectively.
• Monitor construction progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to ensure project success.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures across all project activities.
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, clients, and external partners.
• Contribute to the development of innovative construction practices and methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in pre-engineered metal buildings and tilt-wall construction techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare renovation and conversion projects is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an on-site capacity.
