Overview

- Engage in a mid-level role requiring ERP accounts payable experience.
- Support a dynamic team during a critical transition period.
- Work three days per week, with preferred onsite days on Monday and Thursday.
- Utilize Blackbaud Financial Edge or comparable ERP systems.
- Process vendor invoices and student reimbursements efficiently.
- Contribute to maintaining smooth financial operations during medical leave coverage.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process incoming invoices via electronic and physical mail for payment.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of two weekly check runs.
- Handle ACH payments and occasional check issuance.
- Manage student reimbursement payments, averaging 2-5 per week.
- Collaborate with the CDO and Controller for process-related inquiries.
- Open incoming mail to process vendor invoices efficiently.
- Utilize Blackbaud Financial Edge or similar ERP systems for accounts payable tasks.
- Support the team during the AP Manager’s medical leave and transition period.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like Blackbaud Financial Edge or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to manage invoices and reimbursements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Availability for Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday workdays.
- Familiarity with ACH payment processes and check issuance.
- Effective communication skills for virtual interviews and team collaboration.
