Overview

  • Lead project management efforts for Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Utilize your expertise in estimating to develop accurate project budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct project estimations and prepare detailed cost proposals for client approval.
  • Oversee all phases of project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably with JOC expertise.
  • Proven ability to estimate project costs and develop accurate budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
