Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Supervise and mentor mid-level healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
• Oversee the transition and utilization of the Athena EMR system.
• Manage patient scheduling and ensure adherence to productivity targets.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Ensure effective communication with patients and their families.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a valid medical license.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in primary care; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills in a clinical setting.
• Ability to manage a high patient load while maintaining quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
