Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing on-site construction activities and leading teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction environments.
- Experience in competitive bidding processes and securing construction contracts successfully.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve project challenges efficiently.
