Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and implement effective solutions for project success.
  • Manage on-site operations, aligning activities with project specifications and organizational objectives.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address updates and changes effectively.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for transparency and accountability.
  • Manage resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to optimize operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing on-site construction activities and leading teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction environments.
  • Experience in competitive bidding processes and securing construction contracts successfully.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve project challenges efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
