Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering labor, materials, and equipment for construction projects.
• Review project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements accurately.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction estimation, with managerial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills for precise cost analysis and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
