Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree in Nursing required.
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical RN experience in acute care settings.
- Preferred 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and regulatory standards, including JCAHO and state requirements.
- Proficiency in evidence-based nursing practices and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
