Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft technical drawings and renderings for corporate interior projects, ensuring precision and creativity.
- Oversee design processes for smaller projects, maintaining quality and alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with senior designers to research and select fixtures, finishes, and furnishings.
- Review engineering drawings to ensure compatibility with architectural design solutions.
- Manage design budgets and communicate potential variances to stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct client interviews to identify space requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their skills.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate interior design; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and 3Ds Max software.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and furnishings integration.
- Understanding of building systems, codes, ADA requirements, and contract administration.
- Advanced skills in sketching, rendering, and interior architecture detailing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite for project documentation and communication.
