Overview

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative corporate interiors, blending functionality and aesthetics seamlessly.
  • Develop creative architectural concepts and detailed technical drawings using advanced design software tools.
  • Contribute to space planning, material selection, and integration into cohesive design solutions.
  • Ensure project adherence to budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft technical drawings and renderings for corporate interior projects, ensuring precision and creativity.
  • Oversee design processes for smaller projects, maintaining quality and alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to research and select fixtures, finishes, and furnishings.
  • Review engineering drawings to ensure compatibility with architectural design solutions.
  • Manage design budgets and communicate potential variances to stakeholders effectively.
  • Conduct client interviews to identify space requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their skills.
  • Utilize advanced software tools for rendering, detailing, and space planning tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate interior design; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and 3Ds Max software.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and furnishings integration.
  • Understanding of building systems, codes, ADA requirements, and contract administration.
  • Advanced skills in sketching, rendering, and interior architecture detailing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite for project documentation and communication.
