Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required.
- 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally in pharmaceutical or GMP environments.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable for design tasks.
- Strong expertise in design leadership and technical oversight.
- Experience mentoring and managing engineering teams effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and deadlines.
- Minimal travel required, typically once per month or less.
