Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead design and development of electrical systems for pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of designers, promoting skill development and project excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into broader project designs.
  • Engage with clients to provide expert guidance and innovative engineering solutions.
  • Participate in professional development activities and contribute to industry knowledge sharing.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally in pharmaceutical or GMP environments.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable for design tasks.
  • Strong expertise in design leadership and technical oversight.
  • Experience mentoring and managing engineering teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and deadlines.
  • Minimal travel required, typically once per month or less.
