Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee architectural design and execution for commercial renovation and new construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address challenges effectively.
  • Lead design team meetings to review milestones, deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
  • Ensure designs meet client expectations, functional requirements, and aesthetic goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, enhancing project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proven expertise in commercial renovations and ground-up construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
