Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Active New York State License and registration as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proficiency in conducting OASIS evaluations and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Experience in telehealth services for rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients and teams.
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and achieving recovery goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules.
