Job Description
Overview
- Manage commercial construction projects, including ground-up and tenant improvement initiatives, with budgets ranging from $5M to $6.5M.
- Coordinate national travel to oversee project sites, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Collaborate with teams to execute construction plans for gym/fitness centers and other facilities.
- Ensure compliance with site utility and foundation standards during project execution.
- Provide leadership and maintain communication with stakeholders for project updates and resolutions.
- Offer hybrid work arrangements to balance on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to foster collaboration and reliability across teams.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management teams.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external partners.
- Implement effective problem-solving strategies to address construction challenges.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for national project oversight.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
- Experience with gym/fitness center construction projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of site utilities and foundation work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel nationally and manage remote project sites effectively.
