Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Mentor and support engineers, enhancing team capabilities and professional growth.
- Collaborate on frontend development tasks, ensuring cohesive platform functionality.
- Ensure backend systems' reliability and scalability, meeting organizational demands.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, and Go, with expertise in RESTful API design.
- Strong database knowledge, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Comfortable contributing to frontend development using React.
- Preferred experience in fintech, trading, or container orchestration environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
