Overview

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking progress and performance.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Experience in procurement processes and vendor management.
