Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, driving impactful solutions across the employee lifecycle for assigned client groups.
  • Implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to enhance performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Provide expert consultation and first-line support on HR programs and processes, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
  • Guide leaders through performance concerns, team dynamics, and sensitive employee situations with strategic coaching and resources.
  • Support organizational changes by delivering guidance, resources, and effective communication strategies.
  • Analyze people-related data to identify trends, risks, and actionable recommendations for organizational improvement.
  • Draft comprehensive, leader-ready communications to ensure clarity and commitment execution.
  • Drive HR projects with disciplined project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance investigations, and performance management initiatives.
  • Advise leadership on HR strategies to foster team stability and adapt to organizational changes.
  • Prepare and deliver leader-ready communications, presentations, and recaps for HR initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend enhancements to HR processes and compliance approaches.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leadership to align strategies and escalate complex matters effectively.
  • Support leaders through organizational changes with tailored guidance and resources.
  • Lead HR projects using structured project management methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and business units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of ten years of HR experience, including HRBP roles and leadership coaching.
  • Proficiency in organizational change management, performance management, and compliance investigations.
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems and tools, with adaptability to emerging technologies.
  • Preferred HR certifications include SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Experience in scaling or transforming organizations and supporting leadership teams effectively.
  • Proven track record in leading HR initiatives and driving process improvements.
