Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Establish relationships with healthcare professionals to strengthen collaboration.

  • Drive referral growth through regular visits with healthcare providers.
  • Support families by explaining hospice services and facilitating consent processes.
  • Represent the organization’s mission and values within the community.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ sales/marketing experience in healthcare required.
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care marketing preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for advocacy and outreach.
  • Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and community engagement.
