Overview

  • Support estate and trust administration processes by preparing essential documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to interpret wills and trust agreements, implementing plans during administration.
  • Conduct asset identification, valuation, and preparation of probate and accounting documents.
  • Prepare federal and state estate tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize reference materials and perform basic legal research to support case requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review probate and accounting documents for estates and trusts.
  • Assist in the preparation of federal and state estate tax returns.
  • Conduct asset identification, valuation, and documentation for estate administration.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with tax preparation and accounting software such as FastTax or ProSystems.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to advanced software programs and new technologies.
