Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed and accurate BIM models using industry-leading software such as Revit and SketchUp.
  • Produce high-quality architectural visualizations, including renderings and animations, to support project presentations and marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate digital models with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Create and manage BIM content, maintaining adherence to established standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Assist in design visualization efforts, contributing to impactful graphics and project communication materials.
  • Implement and refine BIM workflows, providing training and guidance to team members on best practices and software use.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and designers to translate creative concepts into precise and functional digital models.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Technology or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in BIM and architectural visualization; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Familiarity with additional software such as 3ds Max, Rhino, or Twinmotion is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation processes.
  • Excellent graphic, communication, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
