Overview

  • Drive strategic operations and organizational alignment as a key partner to senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution of priorities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to optimize workflows and enhance decision-making processes across the organization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of systems and tools to support operational excellence and strategic growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing structured insights and intelligence to guide impactful leadership decisions.
  • Promote proactive problem-solving and resource allocation to mitigate risks and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Foster effective communication and alignment across teams to ensure clarity and accountability in achieving strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and optimize operational tools to effectively track and organize leadership initiatives and priorities.
  • Identify and address resource gaps, timeline risks, and competing priorities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate regular operating rhythms, providing leadership with clear and actionable progress updates.
  • Configure and maintain systems to streamline processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Capture and document decisions and next steps from leadership meetings, ensuring proper follow-through and accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments.
  • Develop and implement improved templates, workflows, and operational practices to drive efficiency and clarity.
  • Communicate effectively through written summaries, updates, and reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations, PMO, or similar roles; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in advanced tools for workflow optimization and decision support is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and resource management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating summaries, updates, and reports.
  • Experience in remote work environments and managing distributed teams effectively.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and insights to leadership for clarity and accountability.
