Overview
- Provide expert reference services in health sciences, medicine, and pharmaceutical information to support organizational teams.
- Utilize advanced search tools to deliver critical data for clinical and business development activities.
- Curate and publish regular literature updates to keep teams informed of industry developments.
- Troubleshoot subscription access and technical issues for seamless information retrieval processes.
- Address copyright inquiries and locate hard-to-find publications efficiently.

- Work remotely up to 20 hours per week during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct specialized literature searches and provide bibliographic services for research and development initiatives.
- Curate and deliver monthly literature updates tailored to organizational needs.
- Resolve subscription access issues and optimize automated search processes.
- Ensure compliance with intellectual property regulations and address copyright inquiries.
- Locate and deliver hard-to-find publications to meet specific project requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with teams regarding work progress and updates.
- Utilize corporate communication platforms and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient task management.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information science or library science roles within healthcare-related fields.
- Proficiency in conducting searches using PubMed, Medline, Embase, and Scopus.
- Experience with corporate communication platforms and familiarity with RightFind is advantageous.
- Knowledge of copyright regulations and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
