Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure project progress and quality.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors to address project needs.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Resolve construction issues and conflicts promptly to minimize delays.
• Ensure material and equipment availability to maintain project continuity.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project supervision, preferably 8 years.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
• Experience in K-12, municipal, healthcare, and corporate interior projects is advantageous.
