Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a well-established general contractor with expertise in K-12, municipal, healthcare, and corporate interiors.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage resources, budgets, and schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure project progress and quality.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project supervision, preferably 8 years.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
  • Experience in K-12, municipal, healthcare, and corporate interior projects is advantageous.
