- Support visiting lawyers and clients, ensuring seamless integration into firm operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for assigned lawyers.
- Assist in billing processes, including time entry and expense report management.
- Conduct research and route correspondence to support legal operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Maintain and update client and matter lists, ensuring accurate records.
- Provide support during client meetings, conferences, and video calls.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures in all tasks.
- Take initiative to assist colleagues and seek additional responsibilities during slower periods.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal secretary or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Knowledge of document management systems such as DeskSite is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all tasks.
- Experience supporting corporate lawyers preferred; litigation experience is a plus.
