Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent professional degree required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, with 8 years preferred.
  • Professional registration and experience in higher education projects highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in advanced design tools such as Revit, Sketch-Up, and Rhino.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in team management.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure financial performance.
