Overview
- Serve as a pivotal Operations Scheduler ensuring seamless broadcasting operations across multiple audio entertainment platforms.
- Maintain channel frameworks, programming schedules, and episodic information to support accurate and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams including programming, advertising, and finance for cohesive scheduling.
- Utilize advanced systems like BroadView and Zetta for data entry and channel log management.
- Address and resolve scheduling issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on delivering quality audio entertainment.
- Leverage organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform detailed data entry and channel log management using proprietary systems.
- Coordinate with programming, advertising sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Develop and maintain channel information, program formats, and timing sheets.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve scheduling and data management issues.
- Recreate and address operational issues to ensure smooth broadcasting operations.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley standards and organizational policies.
- Provide support for additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in broadcasting or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in television or radio broadcasting environments.
- Proficiency in traffic systems and awareness of industry compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
