Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement detailed project schedules for retail construction initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and techniques for construction projects.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to travel extensively to oversee multiple project sites.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in construction.
• Leadership skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Experience with retail construction projects is highly desirable.
