  • Support documentation distribution and conduct quality assurance reviews of BIM models.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee BIM and CAD initiatives, ensuring compliance with established standards across projects.
  • Manage BIM software updates, customizations, and process improvements for enhanced productivity.
  • Develop and enforce BIM standards, including templates and workflows.
  • Create and modify Revit families to meet specific project requirements.
  • Provide hardware and network support related to BIM production.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and skill development.
  • Automate routines to streamline production and maintain consistency in standards.
  • Coordinate project requirements with client documentation and expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • 7-9 years of experience in BIM management or related roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software essential.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, processes, and industry trends.
  • Experience in training and mentoring teams on BIM tools and practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interface with project teams.
