Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification is mandatory for this position.
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in medical case management and client health advocacy practices.
- Experience in maintaining medication records and controlled substance logs accurately.
- Ability to provide emergency first aid and CPR assistance effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
