Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform detailed engineering calculations and develop construction documents for mechanical systems.
• Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to achieve integrated and functional designs.
• Lead design teams, providing technical direction and oversight.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support permitting processes and address jurisdictional requirements effectively.
• Estimate project man-hours and prepare design budgets and schedules.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance expertise and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proficiency in REVIT and other engineering modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building codes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience in equipment selection and project management.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative environment.
