Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, test, and validate accounting reports to meet diverse organizational needs.
- Develop ad hoc queries and analyses to support management decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
- Maintain governance over financial reporting structures, formats, and standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with technology teams to prioritize and execute system-driven enhancements.
- Document business requirements and oversee system testing and upgrades.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred, showcasing advanced expertise in financial management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience required; 8 years preferred for advanced roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and database management, including SQL.
- Experience with MRI software is a plus, enhancing technical capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access for data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
