Job Description

Overview

  • Play a pivotal role in advancing business development strategies within a dynamic professional services firm.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and marketing teams to create tailored solutions and impactful materials.
  • Coordinate and execute firm events, ensuring seamless planning and vendor management.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and generating insightful reports.
  • Develop compelling pitch materials and proposals to support strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to incentive programs by tracking milestones and organizing recognition events.
  • Assist in prospect research and foster collaboration with industry groups.
  • Report to the Strategic Marketing Manager within a collaborative, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute firm events, managing logistics, vendors, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure CRM database accuracy, generate reports, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Create and maintain high-quality pitch materials, proposals, and marketing collateral.
  • Support recognition programs by tracking milestones and organizing incentive events.
  • Collaborate on website content, social media, and internal communications strategies.
  • Provide technical support for audio/visual needs during events and meetings.
  • Conduct prospect research and engage with industry groups to enhance business development.
  • Manage promotional inventory and vendor relationships to support marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with InterAction and Constant Contact preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Knowledge of professional services marketing principles, including event planning.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
