Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan and execute firm events, managing logistics, vendors, and promotional materials.
- Ensure CRM database accuracy, generate reports, and support data-driven decisions.
- Create and maintain high-quality pitch materials, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Support recognition programs by tracking milestones and organizing incentive events.
- Collaborate on website content, social media, and internal communications strategies.
- Provide technical support for audio/visual needs during events and meetings.
- Conduct prospect research and engage with industry groups to enhance business development.
- Manage promotional inventory and vendor relationships to support marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or marketing roles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with InterAction and Constant Contact preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Knowledge of professional services marketing principles, including event planning.
