Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform reconciliations, asset valuations, and ensure timely and accurate reporting delivery to stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and manage advanced financial processes, including waterfall calculations and fund expense allocations.
- Lead annual audits and manage investor or asset audit requests efficiently.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, driving process efficiency and integration of financial systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in reconciliations, valuations, and financial reporting processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop accounting teams.
- Experience in managing audits and maintaining relationships with financial stakeholders.
