Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Registered Nurse License (California) required.
- Minimum five years of experience in patient care delivery and clinical healthcare operations.
- Four years of leadership experience in healthcare settings, managing teams and operational initiatives.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and emergency preparedness planning.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to drive operational efficiency and resource management.
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire, with ongoing compliance.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across healthcare departments.
