Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project workflow and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety protocols throughout project execution.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in tilt-wall construction and industrial, retail, and corporate finish-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
