Project Manager – Ground Up Construction

Overview

• Lead and manage ground-up construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout project phases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects across various sectors.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
