Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent; 8 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing ground-up and renovation construction projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications, with proficiency in relevant technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
